Looking south from the tree line at Killasonna Lodge.

After four days of calm and sub-zero temperatures the lake froze about an additional 1,500 to 2,000 feet.
When we were at Killasonna Lodge a couple of weeks ago, 4 deer would carefully walk from north to south between the cabin and the shore and then, eventually, walk back the other way. These are their trails.

I shoot this through the window, but I will admit that I shot about a dozen images of the deer and they walked by and only a couple were in focus.
